Spring Smoky Eye Photo Tutorial
Transform your winter smoky eye into something fresh for the new season! This sultry look incorporates a pop of color (and sparkle!) to give it the perfect springtime touch.

- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Petal Pusher
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Motown
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Corrupt
- Makeup Geek Sparkler in Zodiac
- Makeup Geek Sparkler in Light Year
- Makeup Geek Gel Eyeliner in Immortal
BRUSHES USED:
- Makeup Geek’s Pointed Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Defined Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Soft Dome Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Small Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Bent Liner Brush
- A flat stiff brush (Like MAC’s 239)
STEP 1:
- Apply your favorite neutral tone or clear primer onto the lid
- With a pointed crease brush, sweep Corrupt into the crease, outer v, and lower lash line, then gently blend outward
STEP 2:
Blend out the edges of Corrupt further with Motown and a defined crease brush
STEP 3:
To create a seamless finish, blend out the edges of Motown with Petal Pusher and a soft dome brush
STEP 4:
Pat a glitter glue all over the lid, then top with Zodiac and a flat stiff synthetic brush
STEP 5:
On the inner 1/3 of the lid and lower lash line, pat Light Year on with a clean flat synthetic brush
STEP 6:
Deepen the outer v using a small crease brush and Motown
STEP 7:
Line the upper lash line and lower water line with Immortal and a bent liner brush, creating a beak at the inner corner
STEP 8:
Apply mascara and a set of dramatic cat eye lashes and you’re all done
