Red Velvet Photo Tutorial
Rich and velvety, this sweet creation is a bit like a slice of red velvet! Follow the steps to recreate the look, and top it off with a pair of fluffy false lashes—it’s a piece of cake!
PRODUCTS USED:
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Bitten
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Cocoa Bear
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Creme Brulee
- Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Roulette
- Makeup Geek Gel Liner in Immortal
BRUSHES USED:
- Makeup Geek’s Soft Dome Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Bent Liner Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Outer V Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Defined Crease Brush
- flat synthetic brush like the Zoeva 232 Brush
STEP 1:
- With a soft dome brush swipe Creme Brulee onto the crease and lid as a transition shade
- Deepen the crease by using Cocoa Bear and a defined crease brush
STEP 2:
Define the outer v by applying Bitten with the outer v brush blending inward
STEP 3:
Pat Roulette all over the lid with a flat synthetic brush – blending into the other shades
STEP 4:
- apply Immortal gel liner with a bent liner brush to create a dramatic wing
- apply your favorite pair of fluffy lashes to top the look off
