Hot Air Balloon
Floating and Flying has never been so fun! The festivities of Hot Air Balloon Jubilees are the highlight of many summer celebrations. Recreate this whimsical look using Staycation, Tuscan Sun, Bellini and Medieval.
Step 1
Using a stiff dome brush apply Staycation all over the lid.
Step 2
Apply Tuscan Sun to the crease and blend slightly upwards using a crease brush.
Step 3
Apply Bellini to the crease and blend slightly upwards using a crease brush.
Step 4
Using a small dome brush add Medival on the Lower Lashline and blend out slightly.
Step 5
Add Ultramarine Eyeliner Pencil to the waterline
Step 6
Using a Gel Liner, Liquid Liner or a Wet Black Eyeshadow and a bent liner brush create a winged liner shape.
