Step 1
Add Smoke Signal to the outer v using a sweeping motion
Step 2
Use a stiff dome brush to apply Back To The Fuschia to the outer lid. Then use a small crease brush to apply Back To the Fuschia under the lower lash line.
Step 3
Add Had Me At Yellow to the crease and blend slightly upwards using a crease brush.
Step 4
Using a flat shader brush, apply Legend to the Inner Lid for a metallic pop.
